In 2008, a large community connected in a beautiful virtual world, that was the best of its kind. In this place, people could connect, share, and build together, they had formed deep connections, friendships and communities.
The inception
Atom Republic was incepted in 2012, to join the creators of this virtual world. The Atom Republic came into existence to connect people beyond their physical limits .
Sadly in 2015 the original virtual world was shut down by its ititial creators. The news of its discontinuation was a shock to the community, leaving them without a place to connect and interact.
A new begining
Atom Republic decided to take matters into their own hands. They knew that their community was too valuable to let it disappear. A new, modern virtual world was needed, so Atom Republic rallied up some fellow creators of the initial virtual world.
The mission of Atom Republic was to organize an infinite amount of virtual Atoms, the smallest components of this virtual world, to create a vast universe that can be put in motion.
Ever-expanding
To guarantee its perennity, the Atom Universe community had to colonize multiple platforms, starting with both console and PC, so if a platform dies, the community can still connect via another platform. This way, Atom Universe could never be shut down, and would forever grow bigger and stronger.
At first, there was only two virtual bodies that could be used as vessels of the People's conscience: the first avatars of Atom Universe were created for the Community to enter the virtual world.
The Community wanted a place to meet, so the Arcade Plaza was created as the first Public Space of Atom Universe.
The Community also wanted a place to retreat with their friends, so the Mirage House was created as the first Private Space of Atom Universe.
Connected worlds
The Spaces were connected by a network of portals to allow for instant travel between them. The map of the Atom Universe is not flat, but a 3-dimensional, an ever-growing network of interconnected locations.
Developing avatars
Over the years, the Creators enabled the Community to enjoy more ways to express their personalities through their avatars' looks and clothes, have pet companions, and travel in vehicles.
More Public and Private Spaces were also created.
As the virtual world grew, more and more people joined. After only 2 years, the Community counted 2 million avatars.
Atom Republic also offered a wide range of activities and experiences for its inhabitants: from socializing to exploring the vast and beautiful landscapes of Atom Universe, to participating in virtual sports and games, there was always something to do.
Transcending boundaries
As Atom Universe continued to grow and evolve, it became a place where people from all over the world could come together, regardless of their physical limitations, geography, race, or culture. It was a place where people could connect on a deeper level, forming friendships and communities that transcended the boundaries of the real world, to create their own reality.
Atom Republic introduced virtual currencies Atoms and Molecules, creating a vibrant economy: people could trade Atoms and Molecules to buy goods and services: more original identities were created, with additional possibilities to tweak their body, eyes, face, etc.
Atom Universe was built on a foundation of inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration, making it a truly unique and special place.
Today, Atom Universe is a virtual world that offers a unique and unparalleled experience, a place where people can connect, share, and build together, breaking down the barriers of the physical world.
Now Atom Universe offers a full range of activities and experiences, a thriving virtual economy and a diverse and inclusive community. It is a place where people can live a virtual life, explore new possibilities, and create meaningful connections with others.
